TRACKING
All Shipping options come with tracking options so you can keep up to date with the status of your order. Your tracking number will be emailed to you once it has been shipped. Please allow 24-48 hours for Australia Post to update the tracking details in their system and allow for tracking updates.
Shipping times are subject to stock availability & postage carrier delays.
We suggest if you want your order as soon as possible you select express shipping option especially around public holidays when postal carriers experience more delays then usual. We will always endeavor to get your order processed and shipped out as soon as possible so you can start enjoying your order straight away. Due to delays of stock and custom processing we may choose to ship your item directly from our manuafactuer to speed up processing and shipping so you recieve your item/s as quickly as possible. Please note we will not be held responsible for return shipping costs if you have ordered to an incorrect or invalid postal address and will not be held responsible for parcels not collected from your local postage office in time frame required or any parcel that have been delayed or damaged.
HANDLING
All orders will be processed within 2-3 business days from when payment has been received and sent out from our warehouse in Brisbane, Queensland. Orders will be be sent Monday-Friday 8am -3pm (except for public holidays). Please note that at times of large volumes of orders these handling times may be extended.
